Infertility & Complications
For some of us, it’s hard to talk about. For others, it can be therapeutic. Wherever you fall on this spectrum, we know there’s not much we can say to make it better. So many of us struggle at one time or another at different stages of the process and it can be so challenging, trying, and affects everyone differently.
This section is intended to provide resources and factual information regarding options and support.

Leadership
Q&A with Mamas in Leadership Positions
“gouge” Defined & This site’s intent
“Gouge", from my experience as an Air Force aviator, is a term we use as the collective pro-tips of what good information we need to know about a flight, checkride, emergency procedures evaluation, etc. Since there’s always so much information out there, people who pass on gouge try to narrow the focus to help guide pilots after them to focus on what’s really important. I feel the same about motherhood… I spent HOURS upon HOURS searching for the perfect pump, diapers, breastmilk storage devices, trying to figure out how to order a pregnancy flight suit, etc. The goal of this site is to consolidate all of that, make it user-friendly so YOU can provide your inputs (I know my information will quickly get outdated so I’m always open to feedback to help this site stay updated, current, and relevant)! Thanks for becoming a part of what I hope to be a strong mom-gouge community!
